Where should I plan my next vacation?

My mom and I are going to take a trip together in the summer. If I could go anywhere where would you guys recommend? (Keep in mind ill be with my mom so I want a lot of things that we’ll both like… And I’d like to go somewhere new. Been to… London, Scotland, Multiple places in France and Italy, all over Switzerland, Budapest, Munich, Barcelona, Austria.
